Description

症例は42歳,女性.全身性エリテマトーデス(systemic lupus erythematosus: SLE)の精査加療目的にて入院.ループス腎炎および中枢神経ループスに対し,大量のステロイドを要したが,経過早期より中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症,さらには多発性後極部網膜色素上皮症へと進行した眼病変を合併した.眼病変は遷延化し,両眼の視力低下を来たした.多発性後極部網膜色素上皮症の成因としてステロイドや膠原病などの全身疾患に関連した報告がなされており,本疾患の発症機転を検討する上で貴重な症例と考えられた.
