Abstract
症例は67歳,男性.多発性筋炎に合併した難治性の偽性腸閉塞に対してソマトスタチン誘導体を投与したところ,症状および所見の改善が得られた.胃十二指腸内圧検査において,ソマトスタチン誘導体の投与により十二指腸下行脚に消失していた収縮活動の出現を認めた.ソマトスタチン誘導体の作用機序として,腸管内容物の減少の他に,消化管運動改善作用も推測され,偽性腸閉塞に対する治療方法の一つとして考慮すべきと思われた.<br>
