Abstract

症例は36歳，男性．28歳時に潰瘍性大腸炎（UC）を発症し，健診で胸部異常陰影を指摘され受診．CTで両肺にびまん性小粒状影を認めた．気管支肺胞洗浄（BAL）で明らかな菌や腫瘍細胞は検出されず，ヘモジデリン貪食Mφを認めた．また経気管支肺生検（TBLB）においても肺胞腔内にヘモジデリン貪食Mφの集簇を認め，肺胞出血と診断した．UCは腸外病変を有することが知られているが，肺病変，特に肺胞出血の報告は稀である.
