Abstract

<p>特発性肺線維症は，治療法が確立されておらず，平均予後が診断後5～6年程度の予後不良な疾患である．これまで有効な治療が存在しなかった疾患に対し，近年，治療への新たな希望がみえてきている．進行性の肺の線維化を抑制する治療（抗線維化薬）の有効性が相次いで報告されている．国際ガイドラインの治療推奨に関する記述も変更されており，今後は抗線維化薬が特発性肺線維症の第一選択薬となると考えられる．</p>
