抄録

One of chief difficulties experienced by observers in connection with wind measurement at mountain stations is the presence of rime deposited from fog during the cold season. This difficulty was avoided by heating the tube of the anemometer.<br>Figure 1 illustrates schematically the outline of this instrument, where A is the wind vane, B the suction chamber, F the Dines'tube anemometer, E the wind direction recorder, R'the pluviograph respectively. The motion of the anemometer was discussed too when wind force varied periodically.<br>Also a recorder of the gustiness of wind was designed. It is consisted of two statoscopes specially combined.<br>These newly designed instruments were installed at the stetion of Mt. Fuji and the records were abtained satis factorily.
