Description

This paper reviews the data processing necessary for plasma experiments in the actual order of acquisition, analysis and storage. The whole paper consists of three parts and the present volume contains the first part whose contents are; §1 Introduction, §2 Acquisition (1) sampling (2) quantumization (3) trade-off between accuracy and time_duration of measurement, §3 Pre-Processing (1) comparison of analog and digital methods (2) direct-reading-type measurement (3) interporation and smoothing. The contents of second and third parts will be; §4 Reproduction, §5 Fitting, §6 Orthogonal Function Expansion, §7 Storage and Indexing, §8 Conclusion.
