Abstract

The “FALL WASHER” removes is ink and clay from waste paper pulp using a mesh drum. The washer is composed of a drum with steel bars attached to the inside sufface (pat.) The drum rotates powerfully at high speeds. This motion forces the pulp to come into contact with the mesh surface of the drum many times, while performations remain unblocked and allow the contents to dehydrate. The “FALL WASHER System” prevents pulp from forming into lumps, efficiently removes ink and clay from waste paper pulp.
