抄録

The relations between the degree of cure (the value obtained by “formaldehyde isolation test”) and the curing conditions were studied on acetoguanamine-formaldehyde resin laminates.<BR>As the rssult, the following experimental equation was obtained.<BR>F (t·Ta) k1=k2 (a, k1, k2: const.)<BR>The notations are;<BR>F: degree of cure (mg formaldehyde/100 cm2), T: curing temperature (°K), <BR>t: curing time (min)<BR>The apparent activation energy of curing was ca. 13.4kcal/mol.<BR>The relations between the degree of cure of resin and the physical property (water absorption, Rockwell hardness, flexural strength, impact strength or dimensional change etc.) of laminate are similar to the case of melamine-formaldehyde resin laminates (reported in previous paper (V) of this series).
