抄録

The FeltView press felt optimization system provides scanning measurement of water weight, permeability and surface temperature continuously with on line for up to four press felts. These measuring data are changed to visual graphical figures and some arrangement pictures are shown in the monitor screen. In particular, color maps converted form raw signals produce the optimization operation with detailed analysis of water weight, permeability and temperature over a felt life.<BR>The integration of these data enable more comprehensive data analysis of process interactions. Moreover, these data are saved in the OnView system for up to one year for a long term analysis and historical comparisons of felt performance.<BR> “FeltView” system is optimal tool for press operators to back up to expected results with effective analysis of three data bases.
