Pleomorphic adenoma usually occurs in the parotid gland or submandibular gland and rarely occurs in the sublingual gland. We describe a pleomorphic adenoma of sublingual gland in a 58-year-old man. The patient's chief complaint was a painless mass in the oral floor. The mass was elastic hard and mobile. The patient underwent excision of tumor, including the capsule, under general anesthesia. On histopathological examination, the solid lesions were found to consist of plasma cells or myoepithelial cells. Interstitial components showed myxomatous degeneration or hyalinization.
