抄録

In this study, we tested 10 antioxidants of phenol type and 7 of amine type among commercial antioxidants as photodeqradation inhibitors.<br>Each one part of above antioxidants was admixed to base latex composition and rubber threads, possesing great surface area to show the deteriorating action of ultra-violet rays clearly, were prepared by extruding and vulcanizing the latex mixture then the weather-o-meter test was executed on the test threads.<br>But we were unable to find out especially effective ones.<br>However in proportion of the effects, we classified the antioxidants into four groups for a while.<br>Group 1.<br>2, 2′-methylene bis(4-ethyl-6-tert. butyl phenol)<br>phenol condensate A<br>phenol condensate B<br>N-phenyl-N′-isopropyl-p-phenylene diamine<br>Group 2.<br>4, 4′-thio bis (3-methyl-6-tert. butyl phenol)<br>phenol condensate C<br>Octylated diphenyl amine<br>N, N′-di-beta-naphthyl-p-phenylene diamine<br>phenyl-beta-naphtyhl amine<br>Group 3.<br>2, 5-ditert. butyl hydroquinone<br>hydroquinone mono benzyl ether<br>Group 4.<br>Styrene phenol condensate<br>4, 4′-dihydroxy diphenyl<br>N, N-diphenyl ethylene diamine<br>aldol-alpha-naphthyl amine<br>poly trimethyl dihydroquinoline
