抄録

On the blending of NR and SBR, the latex-and solution-coprecipitation technique were tried to apply for the improvement of their mutual solubility, and the comparison of properties of blended rubber was made with the product made by other methods.<br>The rubber blended in latex and solution is very well blended and the various properties were found to show the perfect linearity with the ratio of blend. It was, however, found that, even in the case of blending by rolls or Bambury mixer, various properties of raw rubber, rubber stock and vulcanized rubber also changed approximately linearly with ratio of blend, and that, at least in the case of blend of such resembling polymers as NR and SBR, no singular point occurred by the change in the ratio of blending.
