Description
<p>Organic transistor materials for printed electronics have been advanced in this decay up to such an extent that field effect mobility is now of over 10 cm2/Vs in small molecules and polymer materials.In this articles,requirements for practical organic transistor materials are discussed and what have done so far in various approaches are described.In addition,what the next is to be achieved is shortly discussed for realizing printed electronics in the future.</p>
