Description
Dual slope A/D converter which is simple and capable of getting high accuracy has been manufactured for trial for the application to wrist watch. The 2 μm rule silicon-gate CMOS process has been used in this trial. In the present paper, the principle of dual Slope A/D converter, the configration and the characteristics of this circuit are described.
