<p>We will propose a technique for condition monitoring in the machining operation by a high frequency measurement of time series electric power data, as a response to 'servitization of manufacturing industry'. In the case of the same machining has been repeated many times, there is a characteristic zone where the change pattern of the time series data is easy to change following to the operation condition change. By acquiring and analyzing the data obtained from the in the characteristics zone, it becomes possible to visually grasp of the operating condition changes. Also, in the case of manually machining using electric tools, the power consumption of the spindle reflects when and where the worker applied the force. Using this property, it is considered that the skills possessed by expert can be digitized.</p>
