Abstract

<p>本研究では昨年に引き続き、ＨＥＭＳを有する集合住宅を対象に省エネ意識･行動とエネルギー消費に関する調査を行っている。本報告では、各種集合住宅における居住者のエネルギー消費量に関する比較分析を報告する。主な内容は以下の通りである。（１）建物竣工時期／エネルギー源／建設地域によるエネルギー消費量の差異。（２）エネファームの省エネおよびＣＯ2排出削減効果。（３）電力消費量の分布における子供の年齢の影響、家族人数によるばらつき程度の差異。</p>
