Abstract

The waste generated by the mega earthquake that the government assumes is an unprecedented amount, and the majority is a concrete weir that is used in principle without being reduced even if crushed. Although Japan's megacity, the center of the world economy, needs to be rapidly restored, it takes a lot of time and space to crush the huge concrete scrap covering large cities in an overcrowded state, and it requires energy for transportation and crushing. Since it consumes and emits CO2, it is not reasonable to crush everything. In addition to the existing concrete scrap processing method, the following method is proposed in this text in order to quickly take out waste from a big city with a limited processing space and use it for public works. (1) Establish new standards and use them as construction materials without breaking the damaged structure as much as possible (2) Separate at the dismantling site and transport to a temporary storage area of wharf designated by the local government etc., and make it a valuable item according to the standard. (3) Loaded onto a working ship and transported to the planned spot of sea in order to construct area mount for increasing fish and shell fish.
