Abstract

Telework is a new working style. It has a possibility that solves problems which our society is facing, e.g., career interruption of women, congestion of urban area, and lack of labor, although it has not become popular. To make it popular. education for working at home is necessary. This report introduces a new e-learning method for working at home, which based on telework practice. It has a feature that students have their classroom and study together, i.e., classroom style e-learning. It is adopted at "Working at Home Project for Single Parents etc." by Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare. "Survey on classroom style e-learning" is conducted for the students of this project. The survey implies that the classroom style e-learning is one of an effective method
