A telework is utilized as an indispensable tool to achieve goals of this model. The case enterprise realized A-CORE by applying telework to employees in the headquater in Tokyo and the sales office in Shanghai. It was also confirmed that the application of A-CORE to the enterprise drastically improved the efficiency of the enterprise by cutting operating expenses. The enterprise could reduce management risks through decreasing fixed cost, converting some fixed cost to variable cost, and decreasing working capital.
