Description
E-learning systems have been introduced in many higher education institutions in Japan. It is necessary to consider how information needs to be presented in order to promote learners’ understanding of e-learning systems. The purpose of this research is to clarify the directions of animation movement that are most effective in e-learning movies. We conducted an impression evaluation experiment using four different animations.We found that many subjects preferred the left to right direction that the movement of text and figures. Males liked changes in the direction of the movement,while females preferred consistent movement.
