Description
<p>This study examines influence of how students participate in club and circle activities on career resilience, based on a questionnaire survey of 1,145 students. Factor analysis showed how students participate in club and circle activities consists of seven variables. Career resilience was shown to consist of one variable. A multiple regression analysis showed that interaction among members, active engagement, efforts to achieve objectives and reflection affected a career resilience variable.</p>
