Abstract

<p>メディカルコントロール（MC）協議会は病院前救護の質を担保するだけでなく，救急救命士をはじめとした救急の最前線で活動する医療者と他の医療関係者の貴重な接点であり，地域の医療に関する多くの問題が提起される場となり得る。松本広域医療圏MC協議会ではドクターカーやドクターヘリ担当者に加えて在宅医療にかかわる医師会関係者などの参画に取り組んでおり，一部のメンバーは近隣救急医不在地域のMCに参加している。今回これらの活動を調査し，効果を検証した。その結果，事後検証会はドクターカー，ドクターヘリの効率的な活用を客観的に議論できる場となっていた。また，徐々にではあるが在宅医療患者の急変時対応が患者家族の意向に即したものになるなどの効果が認められた。さらに近隣救急医不在地域の病院前救護の質が向上した。MC協議会の充実により，急性期医療のみならず在宅医療を含めた地域の医療全体の質向上に貢献することができる。</p>
