<p>Gunma University developed e-learning materials for information security which had been provided to the uni versity members by using the Gunma university moodle. In 2015, Gunma university joined Gakunin and started to use e-learning materials on Gakunin Moodle called ”Princess Rin Rin: Cyberethics” which is operated by NII. Gunma university uses the cyberethics as the requirement of granting credit of ”Information Literacy” and use of VPN service and eduroam service. In the paper, we describe the operation and statistics of use of the cyberethics in the Gumna university. Also, we model our operation and describe the record confirmation system for the cyberethics on the Gakunin Moodle which is developed to realize our operations.</p>
