<p>The purpose of this research is to clarify characteristics of spatial composition of vacant lots in the central area of Nagano city. Initially, grasp the current condition of vacant lots in the central area of Nagano city. Secondly, analyze changes from 1990 to 2017. Thirdly, investigate real estate value and location environment. Finally, find characteristics of vacant lots.<br>This research reveals that vacant lots in the central area can be expected to develop residence, commercial area, pocket park.</p>
