Abstract
The surface electronic structure of Fe2P(0001) was investigated by photoelectron spectroscopy (PES) and Auger electron spectroscopy (AES). It was suggested from the temperature dependent PES study that the change in the Fe 3d band induced by the hybridization with 3p states of P atoms segregated on the surface saturates at 500℃.
