Abstract
<p>Nutmeg is used for the spice of the food in the world. However it has an aspect of the substance causing food intoxication especially in Europe and the United States. Whereas it is not well known as that in Japan where we can find out a few case report only. Therefore, we report the food intoxication patient who take a large amount of nutmeg. In this case, patient feel anxiety and thirsty as a symptom firstly. After that patient is to be agitate state. Thus, nutmeg intoxication is the cause of the acute psychomotor behavioral abnormalities.</p>
