<p>The purpose of this study was to obtain suggestions to support novice nurses graduated from nursing universities. Therefore, scenes when they had wanted to relieve from workplaces and how to cope with the scenes at the end of the two months from graduation (the first study), and factors that influenced them to grow in the first year (the second study) were surveyed in nurses who had graduated from nursing universities. In the first study, the scenes were revealed to be lacks of abilities, mistakes, attentions, limitation of physical ability and tiredness, strain, aptitude, interpersonal relations within the workplace, new circumstance, and a gap between ideal and real nurse. In the second study, the experiences that had grown up themselves in the first year were revealed to be admission, role expectation, learn, perception, circumstance, support and outcome of care. From these results, it is suggested that 1) the support to keep and develop ability, 2) the support to promote maturity needed in the future for novice nurses graduated from nursing universities.</p>
