Abstract
For future establishment of nondestructive moisture content measurement of rose cut flowers, we attempted to obtain estimating equation applied to different cultivated seasons, by using destructive measurement of bending properties of the stems. As a result, the estimating equations obtained using ΔPmax of two or three different cultivated seasons had higher correlation than that of one cultivated season. In addition, the estimating equation obtained using both of ΔPmax and the average diameter of the stem had higher correlation than that using only ΔPmax.
