Abstract

<p>Last year, NEDO delivered ‘Neo Wins’ including many important information, and offshore wind resource around Japan. This investigation was conducted to confirm the result by measurement in Tsugaru Strait. The author tried to estimate the line-like distribution along the pathway of ferry ship. Three ferry ships connecting between Aomori Harbor and Hakodate Harbor in Hokkaido are running twice every day. A data logger was installed to one of the ferries and started to work from Nov. 2017. It is scheduled to be continues more than one year. This paper describes the wind properties measured in winter season. </p>
