Abstract

<p>When accidents happen in the process of providing nursing care, since the place where the accident happens is a care facility, the provider has usually been held legally responsible. This may change in the future, however, as care is provided more widely on the community level. In response to this, accident legislation and role-sharing when dealing with insurance will become very important. Likewise, a rethinking of the difference in nature between the norms of the legal and care service domains will become necessary.</p>
