<p>The Clinical Practice Guidelines for Pancreatic Cancer 2019 were newly revised in July 2019. Of 14 clinical questions (CQ) regarding surgical therapy, 12 CQs are newly created or the statement for the CQ was revised from the previous version. In this article, the revised aspects of the CQs regarding surgical therapy are introduced.</p>
