Abstract

The purpose of this research is to encourage small companies to promote IT management and DX. Therefore, we created an IT management promotion process and verified its effectiveness. We thought that if it was possible to promote IT management and DX of small companies, which account for about 85% of Japanese companies, the introduction and utilization of IT by all Japanese companies would be promoted, which would contribute to improving productivity. In this paper, we will promote IT management and DX according to the process of promoting IT management for managers and small companies who want to promote IT management and DX with a certain level of IT management maturity I hope you can stand on the starting line. Create the process and announce the results of the verification.
