- 脆弱性骨盤骨折におけるMRIを使用したRommens分類での診断一致率・検者間一致率の検討

<p>脆弱性骨盤骨折（FFP）に対するRommens分類の診断一致率の報告でMRIを併用したものはない．FFP32例（男5例，女27例，平均年齢85.7歳）をRommens分類で分類し診断一致率を検討した．MRIは17例で行われ診断一致率は81.2％，Kappa係数は0.72だった．仙骨骨折の同定が要因でtype IIの診断一致率が58.3％と低く，正確な分類には仙骨全体を含めたMRIが有効である．</p>
