近年、自動車の車体剛性や接合強度確保のため、接着剤とスポット溶接を併用したウェルドボンドの検討が進められている。本研究では、軟鋼、1.5GPa級中高炭素鋼の2種類の鋼板を用いて接着面積を変えてウェルドボンドを行い、その引張せん断強度および十字引張強度を調査した。また接着面積が接合強度に及ぼす影響について考察を行った。
