Abstract

<p>The purpose of this paper is to analyze moving types of residents who live in suburban area in Tokyo. A the result of this study, moving types in Nerima u are classified five groups, We have an intention that a group of moving to the same area is important for planning of local housing strategy. A study on the public housing estates built by Tokyo Metropolitan Government in 1960s, a dwelling of the estates is so small that many tenants move to neighborhood area.</p>
