<p>We constructed the model of three-wheeled PMV (Personal Mobility Vehicle) with two front-wheel and one rear-caster. From the parametric study, we found the condition which the front tire is idling. From the relationship between the relative yawing velocity between the vehicle and the caster-wheel part and the relative yaw angle, we found that this PMV's behavior is similar to the jack-knifing phenomenon. By setting the jack-knifing control which is used tractor, we found that this control is effective for this PMV's the tire idling control.</p>
