Description

In study we reflect on the role of teachers to create mathematical processes through developingmathematics lessons redesigned mathematical activities designed before lesson through therelations between teacher and student with teaching-materials in learning and teaching forstudents in High School. The purpose of this paper is to elucidate whether what teachers listen tostudent’s mathematical ideas role in redesigning mathematical activities for students. In this paper we reflect whether what teachers listen to student’s mathematical ideas role in redesigning mathematical activities for students on coordinate geometry and trigonometric function for 10 students in High School. The result of the reflection was that it is suggested that what teachers listen to student’s mathematical ideas uncover student’s mathematical ideas in process of mathematical problem solving through correlate contexts and situations in problems with leaned mathematics and teachers discover a part of new aspects of what students learn in mathematics lessons. As a result, it is important for creating student’s mathematical processes in mathematics lessons to develop lessons through teachers redesign mathematical activities designed beforelesson.
