Abstract
<p>薬剤性過敏症症候群(drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome:DIHS)は,限られた薬剤を原因とし,薬剤曝露から2~6週後以降と遅発性に発症する重症薬疹である.今回,経過中にサイトメガロウイルス食道炎を来たした,スルファメトキサゾール・トリメトプリム(sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim:ST)合剤によるDIHSを経験した.ST合剤は内科領域での使用頻度が比較的高く,投与後に発熱や皮疹,肝機能障害等の臓器障害を認めた場合には,DIHSを念頭に置く必要があると考えられた.</p>
