<p>This study shows the relationship between metacognitive cultural quotient (CQ),cognitive CQ, motivational CQ, and behavioral CQ, which are the constituents of cultural intelligence. The result of a covariance structure analysis confirms the relationship. In addition, the result of a regression analysis shows the importance of metacognition. In other words, people who adapt their behavior to a different culture pay attention to and revise their own knowledge of different cultures.</p>
