Abstract

The issue of how much personal data is provided is important in individual purchasing behavior. For example, when purchasing food, you may show your credit card but not your seal certificate. However, if you buy real estate, you will provide with a seal certificate. Providing just enough personal information to be provided in the purchase of various goods is important for safe purchasing behavior. A tentative design of an AI agent that supports the provision of ecessary and sufficient personal information will be described. In particular, we will describe the results of an experimental system that suggests personal information to be provided when the product name to be purchased is decided in a small number of product categories.
