- PSSライフサイクルを考慮したPSS評価手法の開発
Abstract
<p>Evaluation is pivotal to realize a sustainable PSS through appropriate and continuous assessment from various perspectives. This evaluation result yields to implementation of the necessary improvement. However, previous studies have proposed evaluation methods focusing on specific perspectives and cases. There is no comprehensive PSS evaluation method that consistently supports evaluation from various perspectives. As a consequence, it is challenging for PSS providers to evaluate and improve PSS in real practice. Therefore, this paper aims to propose a comprehensive and practical PSS evaluation method. For this purpose, this paper firstly reviews the PSS literature to identify the necessary evaluation throughout the PSS life cycle and define the required pertinent elements of the PSS evaluation. Finally, the proposed method structures the required evaluations for PSS based on identified pertinent elements corresponding to the PSS life cycle. This study supports appropriate and practical evaluation throughout the PSS life cycle by introducing an indicator database. This approach enables the PSS provider to evaluate PSS through indicator-based evaluation continuously.</p>
