Abstract
山間へき地および時間外診療における深刻な専門医不足を解消するために，我々は情報通信技術を活用した眼科遠隔診療システムを開発している．眼科遠隔診療に対するシステムの本質的な要求を明らかにしそのユーザビリティを高めるために，初期段階から人間中心設計アプローチを用いて開発を行ってきた．本論文では，特に山梨県での医師不足の現状と，それを支援する眼科遠隔診療システムの概要を述べ，これまで取り組んできた設計活動について紹介する．
