<p>The declining birthrate and aging population, a serious problem in Japan, can lead to a decline in the working population. It is important to secure the labor force of women there. According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, the rise in the employment rate of women is supported by the expansion of childcare support. I focus on after school kids club which can be said to be one of the places of support of dual career family in child care period and grasp the management actual situation and grasp what kind of influence that cooperation with local community has on management. I conducted a questionnaire survey on municipalities and facilities in Hyogo prefecture. And it became clear that the municipality did not recognize the sense of problem peculiar to the area of the facility.</p>
