Description
投球中の肘動的外反制動機能としてFDSの機能が重要であり,解剖学的研究において,示・小指のFDSがAOLから起始することが報告されているが,その機能を生体で検討した報告は少ない.目的は,FDS収縮時のAOLの組織弾性を検討することである.対象は健常男性8名16肘.Shear-wave elastography にて,安静時,全指,中・環指,示・小指,示・中指,示指単独,小指単独のPIP屈曲時のAOL組織弾性値を測定した.安静時のAOLの組織弾性値は45.9 ± 17.5kPa,FDSを収縮させた際の組織弾性値は全指97.0 ± 40.3kPa,示・小指101.8 ± 35.4kPa,示・中指100.9 ± 39.0kPa,小指単独92.9 ± 40.0kPaで安静時と比較し有意に高値を示した.投球における肘動的外反制動機能は示・小指,示・中指,小指単独のFDS機能が重要である可能性が示唆された.
