Description
A rhythm action game is a game in which the player makes actions in accordance with the visual symbols (charts)representing the rhythm of music. The purpose of this work is to develop a system that automatically generates a chart from arbitrary music to facilitate the creation of rhythm action games using key-sounds. In this work, we apply machine learning using the acoustic features of the music and the sequential features of the sound objects to generate the charts automatically. In addition, we apply clustering of the chart data to model variety of chart creators. The developed system was evaluated in terms of the reproductivity of the existing data. Finally, we conducted user tests using an example generated by the system.
