抄録

<p>NIH Stroke Scale certification is required for participation in modern stroke clinical trials and as part of good clinical care in hospital. In cases of using tissue plasminogen activator for acute ischemic stroke, ICU or SCU nurse should evaluate neurological conditions of patients. Efficient NIHSS training is needed for ICU or SCU staff. We report the development of NIHSS training that incorporates the ISLS method.</p>
