Description

The purpose of this study was to examine the coping process of the careworker's job to the elderly peaples on medical treatment. A doubt and a worry, the supporter when it was troublesome and that coping process were compared with the nurse and the careworker. 489 careworkers and 270 nurses answered questionnaires about collaboration, STAI(State-trait anxiety inventory)and coping process. The results indicated that which could get it had a post, and problem-focused form of copig was taken as much as the person whose collaboration consiousness was high, and took emotion-focused form of copig as much as the young person of the careworkers and the generation. it found that most people took support when a doubt and a worry had been ever troublesome when it worked. But, a nurse never took support from its boss of the careworker.
