大阪市内の某幼稚園に在籍する園児250人を対象とし,外科的・内科的疾患での保健室の利用状況を記録用紙に基づき把握することを目的とした。幼児の運動能力調査については,25m走,立ち幅跳び,ボール投げ,両足連続跳び越し,体支持持続時間の5項目を実施した。大阪市の某幼稚園における外科的・内科的疾患での保健室利用の特徴については,月別では,外科的・内科的疾患ともに9月,12月と1月に利用件数が多くなること。曜日別では,外科的疾患で,木曜日と金曜日に利用件数が多くなること。時間帯別では,外科的疾患で11時台と13時台に利用件数が多くなることを認めた。また,天候別では,外科的・内科的疾患ともに晴れの日に利用件数が多くなることを認めた。外科的疾患の種類別と発生部位との関係では,打撲では頭,擦り傷では膝,刺し傷では手,切り傷では指が挙げられた。対象園児の運動能力は,全国の幼児に比べ低く,運動能力・体力レベルおよび「調整力」が低いことを認めた,これらの特徴から外科的・内科的疾患での保健室の利用減少のための対策を立てることが重要であると考える。

For 250 kindergarteners registered at a certain kindergarten in Osaka city, it intended to grasp the use situation of school health office by the surgical and medical diseases based on record paper. About the characteristic of school health office use by the surgical and medical diseases in a certain kindergarten of Osaka city, in the monthly division, surgical and medical diseases increased in December, January and September. The surgical disease increased on Thursday and Friday. Surgical disease increased the 11:00 and 13:00 in time. In addition, by the weather distinction, a surgical and medical disease together increased on the day when it was a fine day. In terms of the relationship between surgical disease type and occurrence site, the head was bruised, the knee was abrasion, the hand was a stab wound, and the finger was a stab injury. The exercise capacity of the target kindergarteners was lower than those of the infants nationwide, and it was recognized that the exercise capacity, fitness level and "adjustment power" were low. Based on these characteristics, it is important to take measures to exercise adjustment power of kindergarteners in order to reduce the use of school health office in surgical and medical diseases.
