本研究は、高等学校に新たに平成15年度から必履修教科として設置される普通教科「情報」の指導において重要な意味を持つ情報倫理教育のあり方を探る基礎的な研究として、第1報、第2報で論じた中学生・高校生・大学生への情報倫理意識の実態調査と教育の実態の比較を行うため、現在発行されている全ての「情報」教科書の教育内容の比較を通して、学習者の意識と教科書における情報教育内容の特質を吟味しその内容特性について考察した。全ての教科書の記述内容の質的分析結果を横断的に比較整理し、その記述内容の特徴を論考した。そして高校生への調査との比較において教科書の実態分析をふまえた高等学校の普通教科「情報」における情報倫理教育の方向性について提言した。

Japanese Education and Science Ministry decided to conduct information education in Japanese high school in 2003. But, the way and the contents of imformation ethics education in the school course of study aren't conducted so precisely. In this paper, analyzed results of the questionnaire (which is written in the first report) on children's knowledge and consciousness of information ethics by the cross tabulation are discussed on the information ethics education in high school information lesson. And, the survey of senior high school' information textbooks was conducted to all the published school books. The survey results were analyzed and compared with the cross tabulation results, and the difference and the internal conditions of information ethics were collaborated.ontologically.
