This paper discusses SEO (search engine optimization) techniques which are able to display high-ranking Websites via a search engine. If web sites do not use SEO techniques, the search engine results will not displayed as being highly ranked, which can have a negative impact on internet business. Therefore, in this paper, an evalution standard and a check sheet were created by using the basic measures of Google recommendation and other measuring methods. This paper proposes a method to evaluate the effect of SEO techniques on Websites.
